基于对象的视频编码系统的设计
Design of object-based video coding system
【摘要】 为更有效地压缩视频编码,提出了基于对象的视频编码方法,将传统的基于块的混合运动预测/补偿编码系统扩展到任意形状的视频序列.基于对象的视频编码系统采用分层编码技术,提高了视频图像的编码效率.应用该系统对人头肩序列图像进行编码,结果表明,在较低位率条件下头肩图像有较好的视觉效果.
【Abstract】 Traditional block-based motion estimation/compensation coding technique is extended to discretional shape video sequences. Human face photographs are coded by means of the technique mentioned above. The hierarchical coding technique is adopted additionally. An object-based video coding technique system is designed and implemented, and it achieve a high level visual effect of the face photographs on the low bit rate conditions.
