【Abstract】 The thinking freedom right is not stipulated as a basic right in Chinese constitution. It is not consistent with the international convention and legislature trends around the world. In fact, it is quite necessary and feasible that the thinking freedom right is contained in Chinese constitution. We should take the opportunity of introducing the thinking freedom right into constitution, satisfy the glorious desires "China following constitutionalism" and establish the constitutional protection system of the Chinese thinking freedom right.更多还原
