【Abstract】 The bulbs of Lilium brownii were used as explants to establish the efficient plant regeneration system.The results indicated that the optimal medium for the callus inducing was MS+6-BA 1.0 mg·L^-1+NAA 0.1 mg·L^-1 and the inducing rate was 76%.MS+6-BA 0.5 mg·L^-1+NAA 0.1 mg·L^-1 was the proper medium for subculture.The best rooting medium was 1/2 MS+IBA 0.3 mg·L^-1.Along with culture time,the rooting rate increased gradually.After culture 30 d,the rooting percentage reached to 100%.更多还原
