钢纤维高强混凝土单轴受压本构方程

【摘要】 采用微机控制电液伺服万能试验机 ,对纤维体积分数Vf 为 0~ 3%的钢纤维高强混凝土(SFRHSC)进行了单轴压缩试验 ,根据实测的应力应变曲线的特点提出了含 2个参数A和B的单轴受压本构方程 .A ,B均随Vf的增大而增大 ,分别明确地反映了钢纤维对混凝土基体的增强和增韧能力 .A越大 ,材料抗压强度 fc 与弹性极限应力的差值越大 ;B越大 ,曲线下降段越平缓 .本文还给出了A ,B与Vf,fc 之间的关系式 .

【Abstract】 Uniaxial compression experiments for the steel fiber reinforced high strength concrete (SFRHSC) were conducted by using a multifunction servocontrolled testing machine. The volume fraction V f of steel fibers of SFRHSC ranges from 0 to 3%. On the basis of the stress-strain curves the constitutive equations were established. These equations satisfy all the characteristics of those curves. The equations have two key parameters A and B . Both A and B increase as V f increases,which clearly shows that the strength and toughness of the matrix are enhanced by steel fibers. The larger the A , the greater the difference between the compressive strength f c and elastic limit stress;the larger the B , the flatter the descending portion of the curve. Finally,the mathematical expressions of A,B and V f,f c are also presented.
