基于振动分析的曲轴疲劳仿真方法研究
Fatigue Simulation of Crankshaft Based on Vibration Analysis
【摘要】 铁路全面提速对机车柴油机曲轴的可靠性提出了更高的要求.从可靠性研究中最关键的疲劳仿真技术入手,运用有限元法,以模态和动力响应仿真为研究基础,从曲轴的振动特性到疲劳寿命预测进行了较深入的方法研究.提出了一些此类问题的关键技术,最后又以机车新产品开发中常用的单缸试验机曲轴作为应用对象,对所提出的技术路线予以验证.
【Abstract】 High speed of railway enhances the requirement of the crankshaft reliability of locomotive diesel engine.Fatigue simulation is conducted based on finite element method,normal mode analysis and response analysis.An vibration characteristics and fatigue of crankshaft are proposed,and some pivotal technologies are commented.Finally,the technology mentioned in this paper is validated by single cylinder crankshaft computation.
