【Abstract】 As the socialist market economy moves on and the college’s internal management system reform goes in depth, the college’ s financial management must proceed in close ties with its other managerial endeavors. Therefore, the financial management system and its activities must adapt to the new setting of market economy and solve the problems that may arise in new forms, so as to set up a managerial mode that orients itself for potential decisions and carries on "live accounts" .
