【Abstract】 This paper points out some existent problems in understanding of reading meter concept and system design for various automatic reading meter systems in domestic market. The design scheme of structure and function which is adopted for the terminal devices of automatic reading meter system is also given in the paper, at the same time, the preliminary design frame for the automatic reading meter system of 10 kV distribution network and its management network is put forward.更多还原
