差动电容传感器测量球形转子偏移的研究
The Research of the Application of the Differential Capacitance Sensor for the Rotors’Deflection
【摘要】 文中分析了差动电容传感器的基本特性和在典型的信号转换电路下的输出电压与电极电容变化量的关系的基础上,推导并分析了球形正八面电极的电容变化量与陀螺转子微位移之间的相互关系,指出用球面电极来测试陀螺转子的微位移偏移量是可行的并给出了球形转子偏移位移的正八电极测试方案。
【Abstract】 On the base of the analysis of the principles of the differential capacitance sensor and the relationship between the output voltage and the varied capacitance values of the detecting electrode,the relationship between the varied ca- pacitance values and the micro—displacement of the gyroscope rotor is deduced and analyzed in this paper.This analy- sis proves that it is possible to apply the differential capacitance sensor to measure the deflection of the rotor and the scheme of this kind of measurement of the gyroscope rotor’s deflection with eight-electrode is presented.
