基于层次诊断模型的机电设备故障诊断专家系统
Faults Diagnosis Expert System Based on Gradation Diagnosis Model of Mechanical and Electrical Equipment
【摘要】 针对某武器系统机电设备的模块化设计思想和分级结构特点,设计了基于层次诊断模型,利用故障树分析法,融经验诊断和原理诊断为一体的故障诊断专家系统。介绍了系统的设计思想、总体框架结构、知识表达、推理机制和系统的实现方法。
【Abstract】 A new method for fault diagnosis expert system is presented based on the structure hierarchy and function hierarchy of a weapon system. The method used such techniques as hierarchy diagnosis model, fault diagnosis tree, united empiristic diagnosis and principle diagnosis, which improved the precess of system development. The principle, architecture, knowledge representation, inference strategy and implementation of the system are also introduced.
