电流传输器实现的新型理想接地电感器

【摘要】 采用零器技术提出了两种基于电流传输器的理想接地电感实现电路。该电路结构简单,只用两块CC Ⅱ及3个接地无源元件,模拟电感受CC器件的非理想因素影响小且可由3个接地无源元件独立调节.研究表明,该电路中等效电感的无源灵敏度低、对有源参数变化不敏感。将该电路应用于二阶高通滤波电路中,并进行了计算机仿真和硬件实验研究,结果证实了本文提出的理想接地电感实现方案的正确性。

【Abstract】 Two novel lossless grounded inductors (GIs) based on second generation current conveyors(ccⅡ) are synthesized by using nullor technique in this paper. The configurations are very simple be-cause of having only used two ccⅡs and three grounded passive elements. The simulatinginductance is influenced very little by the non-ideal factors of CC devices and can be adjusted bythe three grounded passive elements independently. Computer simulations and hardware experimentshave been made by applying the proposed GIs to realize the second order high-pass filter, and theresults have confirmed the realization schemes of GI proposed here.
