【摘要】 商法中有多种商事主体类型分类，笔者提出了一种较新的分类，并基于此，根据切身体会，对商法中有关商主体的体系建设提出了一些观点和建议。

【Abstract】 There are many different types of classifications in Commercial Law. Here a new type of classification is developed in this paper. Based on the new classification, some suggestions are presented to construct the commercial subject system in Commercial Law.
