搅拌摩擦焊接塑性流体流动的常用研究方法
Common methods used to study the superplastic material flow of friction stir welding
【摘要】 塑性材料的流动是搅拌摩擦焊接过程中的重要研究内容。对塑性材料的流动规律有较好的认识,可以预测FSW接头的形成、建立搅拌头与焊接接头成形关系、解释FSW过程连接机理等。目前研究塑性材料流动的方法主要有钢球跟踪技术、微观图像法及标签法等。
【Abstract】 The movement of the superplastic material flow is one of the most important aspects in the friction stir welding study.A good understanding of the material flow can be helpful in predicting the formation of the joint ,establishing the relationship between the welding tool and base metal and explaining the friction stir welding joining mechanism.The main methods used to study materials flow including steel ball as tracers,metallographic and insert marker methods.
