高新技术产业发展水平的综合评价与实证分析

【摘要】 本文首先提出了高新技术产业发展度的概念和数学模型,然后引入了以发展速度为特征的动态指标,构造了高新技术产业发展水平的综合评价指标体系,将其应用于我国高新技术产业发展水平的评价,优化了评价结果。

【Abstract】 Firstly this paper puts forward the concept and mathematic model for hi-tech industry development degree. Then it introduces dynamic indexes with the characterization of development speed and constructs a set of integrated evaluation index system. The result is improved when this system is applied in evaluating the development level of hi-tech industry in China.
