【Abstract】 The rectangular guide filled with 1-D inhomogeneous dielectric is analyzed by using the method of lines in this paper, and the characteristic equations of different mode of the guide are obtained by using transfer matrixes. Taking the rectangular guide partially filled with inhomogeneous dielectric as an example, the dispersion and cut-off characteristics are numerically calculated and analyzed, and accuracy of the method is verified. It is of some reference value for studying inhomogeneous guide.更多还原
