循环床炉内气固两相流动特性的数值模拟探讨

【摘要】 基于循环流化床锅炉炉内流动特性 ,结合颗粒动力学理论和气体分子运动理论 ,给出了适用于模拟循环流化床炉内气固两相流动的k ε Θ kp 湍流模型 ,即气相湍流流动采用标准的k ε模型 ,固相湍流采用kp 模型。该模型的优点是引用了颗粒平均温度的同时不仅考虑了颗粒湍动能自身的对流、扩散、产生和因流体作用而产生的耗散 ,而且考虑了颗粒相自身相互碰撞对流动脉动特性的影响。在此基础上 ,用Fortran语言编写了循环流化床内二维湍流气固两相流动的计算程序 ,并针对一台循环流化床装置进行了数值模拟和实验数据的对比 ,得到了较为满意的结果。

【Abstract】 Based on gas solid flow charateristic of circulating fluidized bed,a k ε Θ k p turbulence model was developed where kinetic theory of granular flow and molecule kinetic theory of gas were combined,namely the standard k ε turbulence model for gas phase and k p model for solid phase.The difinition of granular mean temperature was used.Meanwhile,not only the convection,diffusion and production of particle turbulence energy was considered,but particles collision effect on charateristic of flow pulsation.Two dimensional calculating program in Fortran language was developed.The simulated results were compared against the experimental data given by A.Samuelsberg and B.H.Hjertager and satisfying results were obtained.
