水解—好氧移动床生物膜法处理乳制品废水的试验研究
Research on the Treatment of Dairy Wastewater with the Hydrolysis-aerobic Moving Bed Bio-film Method
【摘要】 自行设计、制作了悬浮填料移动床反应器 ,并以此进行乳制品废水水解酸化 -两级好氧移动床生物膜法处理试验研究。研究结果表明 :水解反应器填料填充率 4 0 %时 ,对悬浮性CODCr去除率为72 .2 % ,BOD5/TCODCr值有所上升 ,废水可生化性提高 ;采用橡胶填料可使移动床反应器内有较大生物量 ,当填料填充率为 4 0 %时 ,氧的利用率为 8.0 4 % ,是无填料时的 3.9倍。在Q为 3.5L/h ,水解池进水CODCr为 5 0 0~ 90 0mg/L、BOD5为 30 0~ 6 5 0mg/L、NH3 N为 2 0~ 6 0mg/L时 ,出水CODCr<10 0mg/L、BOD5<2 0mg/L、NH3 N <15mg/L。
【Abstract】 In this paper,the treatment of dairy industry wastewater was described by using hydrolysis-aerobic moving bed biofilm reactor self-developed.The results show that the aerating efficiency of the aerobic reactors under the packing ratio 44% is to increase more than three times to out of it and the utilizing rate of oxygen is over 8.04%.Through the hydrolysis process,the BOD 5/COD Cr is increased that means to improve the biodegradation of the wastewater.When the influent flow is 3.5、L/h and the effluent concentrations of COD Cr、BOD 5 and NH 3-N were less than 100、mg/L、20、mg/L and 15、mg/L under the influent COD Cr、BOD 5 and NH 3-N Concentrations were 500~900、mg/L、300~650、mg/L、20~60、mg/L respectively.
