刍议大学生的创新素质与创新主体意识

【摘要】 创新素质是人才的高端素质 ,其发育形成当且仅当人的创新主体意识的养成。高校培养创新型人才 ,必须营造适宜的教育环境 ,促进大学生创新主体意识的养成。

【Abstract】 Originality quality is one of the most important quality of talents, whose form is, and only is the form of the subjectivity of man. To train originality quality, higher school should make the proper educational circumstances to promote the forming of the students’ subjectivity.
