【摘要】 目的　探讨超声对胰腺假性囊肿的诊断和鉴别诊断价值。方法　回顾分析 2 7例经手术病理及 CT证实和定期随访证实的胰腺假性囊肿。结果　 2 7例中超声诊断胰腺假性囊肿 2 1例 ,疑似胰腺肿瘤 2例 ,因囊肿巨大难以准确定位 2例 ,误诊胆囊炎胆囊增大伴胆囊结石 1例 ,误诊卵巢来源 1例。结论　超声是诊断胰腺假性囊肿的有效方法 ,并对囊肿的部位、数目、内部回声及与周围关系能准确判断 ,对于巨大胰腺假性囊肿难以准确定位。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the ultrasound diagnosis and differential diagnosis in pancreatic pseudocysts.Methods A total of 27 cases of pancreatic pseudocysts were retrospectively analysed by operation,pathology,CT,ultrasound and follow-up.Results Of 27 cases,21 cases were diagnosed as pancratic pseudocysts,suspicious pancreatic neoplasm(2 cases),large cysts could not be localized(2 cases),misdiagnosed as cholecystitis with chiledolithiasis(1 cases)and ovarian tissue(1 cases).Conclusions Ultrasound is a more effective diagnostic method to confirm the diagnosis of pancreatic pseudocysts,The locations,figures,internal echoes and boundaries of cysts can be shown clearly,but the accurate localization of huge pancreatic pseudocysts is limited.更多还原
