【Abstract】 Gu Hongming, Lu Xun and Hu Shi, as the representatives of Chinese thought and literature in the last century, hold different views on the value of culture. This is quite prominent in their respective attitudes towards the value of western culture. Gu refuses all things foreign; Hu worships foreign culture with a blond faith, while Lu absorbs the good and refuses the bad. History has proved that Lu Xun’s ideas are advisable. What’s more, obvious distinctions can be found in their respective attitude toward the New Cultural Movement as well as how they regard the national identity of the Chinese.更多还原
