杀菌剂防治植物组织培养污染的初步研究

【摘要】 污染是植物组织培养中经常遇到的问题之一,且很难控制.研究证明:利用不同浓度及组合杀菌剂对植物组培污染物有较好的抑制作用.

【Abstract】 Contamination is one of the most severe obstacles in plant tissue culture and is difficult to be controlled. The results show that different bacteriocide mixture and different concertration control contamination in plant tissue culture significantly.
