【摘要】 目的　探讨膀胱双造瘘管改良冲洗法对减少前列腺摘除术后并发症的临床价值。方法　前列腺摘除术共 4 34例 ,根据时间段分为传统膀胱冲洗组 (1 986～ 1 990年 1 1 9例 )和膀胱双造瘘管改良冲洗组 (1 991～ 2 0 0 0年 31 5例 )。比较膀胱双造瘘管改良冲洗组与传统膀胱冲洗组术后并发症发生率。结果　传统膀胱冲洗组与膀胱双造瘘管改良冲洗组术后常见并发症膀胱痉挛、急性附睾炎、后尿道狭窄发生率分别为 :82 % / 2 4 % (P <0 .0 1 ) ;3% / 0 .6 % (P <0 .0 5 ) ;5 .8% / 0 .6 % (P <0 .0 1 )。术后尿路刺激症状维持时间分别为 3周和 1周。结论　膀胱双造瘘管改良冲洗法可明显降低前列腺摘除术后并发症的发生更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investgate the clinical value of reducing post operative complications by the double vesicofistulas irrigation.Methods All the 434 cases were performed suprapubic prostatectomy from 1986 to 2000.They were divided into two groups according to operating time:traditional bladder irrigation groups (from 1986 to 1990,119 cases) and reformative double vesicofistulas irrigatiog group (from 1991 to 2000,315 cases).The Morbidities of post operative complications were compared between two groups.Results The morbidities of common post operative complications were 82%/24%( P <0.01) for bladder contraction,3%/0.6%( P <0.05)for acute epididymitis,5.8%/0.6%( P <0.01) for striated urethral stricture,respectively.The sustain time of lower urinary tract symptoms was 3 weeks and 1 weeks respectively.Conclusion The reformative double vesicofistulas irrigation can obviously reduce occurrence of post operative complications compared with traditional bladder irrigation.更多还原
