【Abstract】 Study on micropropagation of Sauropus audrogymns Meer was conducted with stem segments with single node as explants. The shoots germinated early and quickly on the initiation medium of MS + 1.0 mg/L BA and the best multiplication medium was MS + 0.1 mg/L BA on which shoots grew stronger and produced more branches and leaves.
