【摘要】 目的 回顾性分析中西医结合治疗缺血性脑血管病的疗效。方法 对126例缺血性脑血管病患者,在早期西医溶栓、抗凝、降低血液粘度、扩张血管和促进脑细胞代谢等治疗基础上,结合中医辩证施治治疗。结果 42例瘫肢肌力恢复达V级;48例肌力≥Ⅳ级,言语流畅;27例生活能基本自理,可依杖散步,肌力≥Ⅲ级;9例与治疗前对比肌力提高Ⅰ～Ⅱ级,但生活仍不能自理。结论 在西药治疗基础上,结合益气活血中药调理可显著提高患者的疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze retrospectively the clinical effects of isehemic cerebrovascular disease treated with integrated traditional and western medicine. Methods 126 cases with ischemic cerebrovascular disease have been treated at first with Western medicine such as thrombolysis, anti-coagulation, decrease of blood viscosity, as well as vasodilatation and improvement of the metabolism of cerebral cells, then combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) according to the different conditions of each patient. Results The muscular strength recovery of paralytic limb in 42 cases reached Grade Ⅴ, 48 cases more than Grade Ⅳ with fluent speaking ability, 27 cases over Grade Ⅲ who can live by themselves and walk with the help of a walking stick; the other 9 cases were improved by Ⅰ～Ⅱ grade but with no ability of living independently. Conclusion At the basis of Western medicine therapy, the therapeutic effects of patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease could be significantly promoted if combined with TCM treatment.更多还原
