【摘要】 从贵州乌江库区某渔场发病的斑点叉尾中分离出4株细菌。经形态学、染色特性、溶血性和生理生化特性鉴定,分离到3株嗜水气单胞菌。实验接种到鲤和小白鼠分别于48h和72h全部死亡,并从实验鲤鱼和小白鼠中回收到分离菌。药敏试验表明,它们对常用抗生素呈不同程度的敏感性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Four strains of bacteria were isolated from the diseased channel catfish (Ictalurus punctatus) in a fishing farm in Wujang river delta, 3 of which were morphologically, and biochemically identified as Aeromonas hydrophila. A healthy common carp (Cyprinus carpio) and mice were intraperitoneally taken injection of the pathogen and died within 48 and 72 hours, respectively.The pathogenic bacteria were all recovered from the tested animals. The medicine sensitive test indicated that these bacterial isolates had different sensitivity to common antibiotics.更多还原
