鱼类IGF-I生理功能及其表达调控的研究进展

【摘要】 胰岛素样生长因子 -Ⅰ (IGF -Ⅰ )是一种 70个氨基酸组成的蛋白质 ,分子量约 75 0 0Da ,是胰岛素样生长因子系统的重要成员 ,与胰岛素高度同源。IGF -Ⅰ具有可以调节细胞代谢、促进细胞生长、分化和分裂 ,抑制细胞死亡 ,调节多种细胞功能等作用。本文对IGF -Ⅰ的生物学功能及其基因表达的调节等方面进行了阐述

【Abstract】 Insulin-like growth factor-I (IGF-I) with molecular weight of 7500 Da consists of 70 amino acid residues belongs to the family of related insulin-like hormones which include IGF-Ⅰ,IGF-Ⅱ,IGF-Ⅰ receptor ,IGF-Ⅱ receptor,insulin,and IGF binding proteins in vertebrates.IGF-Ⅰ functions as an important mediator for cell division,differentiation,embryonic development and growth regulation.The biological functions and the regulators of gene expression in IGF-Ⅰ was described.
