政治秩序的强力维系——法家政治冲突与政治整合思想探究

【摘要】 从政治冲突与政治整合的角度 ,对法家维系政治秩序的方式作了新的探析。在以文本解读为范本的基础上 ,纲要式地论析与清理了法家的政治冲突和政治整合思想 ,并对其政治整合思想作了重点诠释。

【Abstract】 From political conflict and political integration angle,this essay made a new research on the legalists’ maintenance of political order. Based on the original literal materials,it gives an outline on political conflict and political integration that especially emphasized by the legalists.
