【Abstract】 There are many restricted factors existing in the economic development of the old industry base in the Northeast presently.The main reason is the reform for the state-owned enterprise system lags and the local enterprise develops slowly and thinking is out of times and the current tendencies of corruption and degeneration greatly disrupts the economic order of the market.Therefore to revitalize the Northeast economy,we must thransform our ideas,change the mechanism and enhanse the competitive sense.Meanwhile we should reform the informination technology,take advantage of the regional superiority,implement the open policy,develop education of science technology and train and enrol the bright people.更多还原
