【Abstract】 A single-chip microcomputer measuring system working with 3 timers/counters, designed by the author,is introduced.It uses the resources of single-chip microcomputer to the utmost extent.Through the cooperation of software and hardware,some technical problems that cannot be solved by common measuring systems are settled,and better performances are achieved for the tester.更多还原
