【摘要】 劳动教养作为中国特有的一种法律措施 ,在预防和打击违法犯罪 ,维护社会治安 ,稳定社会等方面发挥了重要作用。随着依法治国 ,建设社会主义法治国家的整体推进 ,劳动教养在理论与实践上的诸多弊端也日益凸现 ,立法问题日趋迫切。本文作者拟对劳动教养立法的紧迫性与立法提出看法 ,供商榷更多还原

【Abstract】 As a kind of legal measures with Chinese characteristics, labor education has played an important role not only in preventing and cracking down on the crimes, but in maintaining the social stability. Emerge the defects of labor education in theory and practice, with the improvement of the strategy of ruling the state by law. So the legislation of labor education is urgent.
