【Abstract】 This paper states the background , the factor of developing , the characterize and the developing model of facing the 21 century of taking YAN -LONG-CHAO triangle-region as the developing of the east urban and rural cluster of JILIN PROVINCE which concluding from the research of the concept and basic style of urban and rural cluster .
