【摘要】 目的 :探讨提高无痛人工流产术安全性的方法。方法 :直肠应用米索前列醇 2 0 0 μg后 0 5～ 1h内 ,实施异丙酚静脉麻醉无痛人工流产术 2 80例 (研究组 )与单纯异丙酚静脉麻醉无痛人工流产术 2 82例对照。结果 :研究组、对照组的麻醉药用量及麻醉效果相同 ,研究组宫颈松软、操作容易、时间短 ,明显优于对照组 ,出血量及不良反应明显少于对照组。结论 :直肠应用米索前列醇能够提高异丙酚静脉麻醉无痛人工流产术的安全性 ,值得推广应用更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate methods for improving safety of painless artificial abortion.Methods:0.5～1 hour after 200 mg misoprostol in the rectum,280 patients were given veno-anesthesia painless artificial abortion with propofol (management group),and 282 ones propofo1 alone as control group.Results:The amount of propofol used and anesthetic effects were same in the two groups ,while in the managememt group,the cervix was much softer and easier to be operated on with less time used, which was apparently better in the control group. In addition, the amount of bleeding and the incidence of side effects were much less in the management group .Conclusion:using misoprostol in the rectum could improve the safery of veno-anesthesia artificial abortion with propofol and was worth extending its application.更多还原
