【摘要】 目的 :观察缬沙坦对高血压合并 2型糖尿病血压、糖脂代谢及尿酸的影响。方法 :用缬沙坦治疗高血压合并 2型糖尿病病人 89例 ,并设对照组进行临床观察。 结果 :两组病人血压均有明显下降 (P <0 0 5 ) ;缬沙坦组TC、LDC C、TG较对照组有明显下降 (P <0 0 5 ) ;缬沙坦对血糖、尿酸均无影响。结论 :缬沙坦在降压同时具有调脂作用 ,且对血糖、尿酸无明显影响更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the effects of valsartan on blood pressure,serum lipid,blood glucose and uric acid.Methods:Eighty nine patients with hypertension complicated by type 2 diabetes were treated with valsartan 80 mg per day PO and the control group with felodipine twice daily for 4 weeks ,and observed for the change of blood pressure,serum lipid,blood glucose and uric acid.Results:The blood pressure of two groups was significantly reduced.TC,LDL C,TG were singificantly lower in treatment group than in control group.Valsartan had no influence on blood glucose and uric acid.Conclusion:Valsartan has effects of reducing blood pressure and improving serum lipid with no infulence on blood glucose and uric acid.更多还原
