【摘要】 目的 :研究喉癌组织中细胞间黏附分子 (intercellular adhesion molecule- 1,ICAM- 1)的表达与喉癌侵袭力的关系。方法 :采用免疫组化技术对 5 2例喉癌组织 ICAM- 1的表达进行检测 ,并进行统计学分析。结果 :ICAM- 1的异常表达随着喉癌的临床分期及癌组织病理分级递增呈下降趋势 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 :ICAM- 1的缺乏易使癌细胞侵润及转移 ,故喉癌组织中的 ICAM- 1在肿瘤浸润过程中起关键作用 ,可作为病理诊断及判断预后的指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the relationship between intercellular adhesion molecule-1(ICAM-1) expression and invasiveness in laryngeal cancer. Methods Immunohistochemistry technique (LSAB method) was performed to detect the expression of ICAM-1 in laryngeal cancer tissue from 52 patients, the results were statistically analyzed. Results The abnormal expression of ICAM-1 had negative correlation with the clinical stage and pathological grade of laryngeal cancer(P<0.05). Conclusion The deficienty of ICAM-1 can induce invasion and metastasis of laryngeal cancer, it can be an important marker of the pathological diagnosis and prognosis.更多还原
