【摘要】 目的 :通过高温诱导 Hep- 2细胞凋亡探讨细胞凋亡和细胞周期的关系。方法 :应用 MTT比色法和流式细胞仪检测高温诱导 Hep- 2细胞凋亡和细胞周期时相的改变。结果 :高温组与对照组之间 Hep- 2细胞凋亡率差异有显著性 (P<0 .0 1 )。 MTT比色法高温组与对照组之间 ,Hep- 2细胞增殖抑制率差异亦有显著性。结论 :高温可提高 Hep- 2细胞的凋亡率 ,抑制 Hep- 2细胞的增殖 ,抑制 Hep- 2细胞 G1 期向 S期的进程更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the relationship between apoptosis and cell cycle with Hep 2 cell apoptosis induced by high temperature.Methods To examine Hep 2 cell proliferation inhibitory rate,apoptosis and different phase of cell cycle with MTT colorimetry and flow cytometry.Results The difference of Hep 2 apoptosis rate between heating group and control group was obviously significant;The different of Hep 2 proliferation inhibitory rate between heating group and control group with MTT colorimetry was obviously significant ( P <0 01).Conclusion High temperature can increase Hep 2 cell apoptosis and inhibit the cell cycle progress of Hep 2 from G 1 stage to S stage.更多还原
