2Cr13Mn9Ni4钢管硫腐蚀应力腐蚀裂纹分析
Analysis of Stress-corrosion Crack on 2Cr13Mn9Ni4 Steel Tube Induced by Sulphur Corrosion
【摘要】 针对2Cr13Mn9Ni4管因硫腐蚀产生的应力腐蚀裂纹,用光学显微镜观察其显微组织,并用直读光谱仪和JXA 8800电子探针对材料的成分和腐蚀产物进行了分析,证明了产生应力腐蚀裂纹的原因。并提出了提高使用寿命的措施。
【Abstract】 In the light of stress-corrosion crack on 2Cr13Mn9Ni4 steel tube induced by sulphur corrosion, the microstructure was observed by microscope and composition of materials and corrosion products were analyzed by spectrograph and JXA-8800 type electron probe. Why stress-corrosion crack formed was explained, and how to prolong the life of the tube was given.
