电沉积镍-羟基磷灰石的结构与性能
Study on Structure and Performance of Ni-HA Electrodepositing
【摘要】 通过扫描电镜、X射线衍射仪、划痕仪、显微硬度计等手段对复合电沉积Ni HA生物陶瓷镀层的表面形貌、结构和性能进行了分析探讨。结果表明,羟基磷灰石微粒均匀的分布在镍的基体内,与基体的结合力达到50N以上。X射线衍射结果证明,当2θ分别为78.023°、43.246°和73.120°时,对应有HA的衍射峰,进一步证明了羟基磷灰石的存在。镀层的显微硬度随着镀液中羟基磷灰石粒子含量的增加而提高。
【Abstract】 The surface image, microstructure and performance of Ni-HA composite layer of bioceramics by SEM, XRD and so on are discussed and analysed. The results show that (1) the HA particles exit in substrate uniformly; (2) XRD result shows that there are HA peaks at 78.023°, 43.246°and 73.120°differently; (3) the microhardness of the composite layer increases with the rise of content of HA particles.
