电弧喷涂送丝系统的阻力分析

【摘要】 对电弧喷涂送丝系统的阻力进行了分析,指出送丝阻力由两部分组成:一部分是丝材塑性变形引起的变形阻力,另一部分是丝材在送进过程中由于摩擦的存在而引起的摩擦阻力,并分别讨论了它们的影响因素以及各自的计算方法,其中送丝导管的形状对送丝阻力的影响较大。送丝阻力是受其制约因素影响而变化的,它是影响送丝速度稳定的因素。

【Abstract】 This paper analyzed the drag of wire-feeder system in arc spraying. It pointed out that the drag of wire-feeder was composed of two parts,one was deformed drag which was caused by plastical deformation of wire, the other was frictional drag which was caused by wire friction in the wire-feeder system. The effects and calculating methods of wire-feeder drag were also discussed. At the same time, the form of wire tube had a great effect on the wire-feeder drag. It was concluded that wire-feeder drag was variable under control of its correlative factors, and that it affected the stability of wire feeding speed.
