磷酸处理对三维编织芳纶纤维/双马来酰亚胺力学性能的影响

【摘要】 本文采用RTM工艺制备了三维编织芳纶纤维增强双马来酰亚胺复合材料 ,并考察了磷酸处理芳纶纤维对复合材料界面结合及力学性能的影响。结果表明 ,磷酸处理能增加纤维表面活性官能团含量 ,改善纤维与基体间的界面结合 ,提高复合材料的弯曲、剪切和冲击性能。

【Abstract】 Resin transfer molding technique was used to prepare 3D-braided kevlar fiber reinforced bismaleimide composites. Surface properties of Kevlar fiber modified with phosphoric acid were studied. Effect of phosphoric acid treatment on fiber-matrix bonding was evaluated. Air-oxidized fibers showed an improvement in the amount of oxygen-containing groups. The fiber-matrix bonding was strengthened and therefore the flexural strength, shear strength and impact strength of the composites were improved.
