碳纳米管/聚苯胺复合材料分散性和界面特点
RESEARCH AND PREPARATION OF CARBON NANOCOMPOSITE MATERIALS
【摘要】 利用原位复合工艺 ,在碳纳米管与聚苯胺复合过程中进行苯胺的原位聚合获得了碳纳米管 聚苯胺复合材料。利用透射电子显微镜对复合材料中的碳纳米管的分散性和碳纳米管 聚苯胺界面进行了分析及检测。结果表明苯胺能够很好的在碳纳米管上形核长大 ,并且能够完全包覆和缠绕在碳纳米管上。这种工艺有利于碳纳米管很好地分散在聚苯胺基体中。
【Abstract】 The Cnt/Pan composite is fabricated using polymerization of polyaniline in situ with MWCNT. The MWCNT/polyaniline composite powder fabricated is observed using TEM. The discussion is done about these obervations. Observation results show that polyaniline can cover on CNT at all, and has a stronger adhesion to the surface of MWCNTs. The dispersity of MWCNT in polyaniline matrix is homogeneours.
