【Abstract】 Based on the research of distribution of university journals, this paper presents a new idea of "sending the journals to the places which need them". The idea is expounded from three aspects: stressing on the value of exchange between the universities, doing well the communicating work among journal publishers and expanding retrieval channels of the papers in university journals.更多还原
