【Abstract】 Knowledge management in libraries is something comliant with knowledge economic society. It is related to but different from literature management. It is the highest stage of literature management. Knowledge management involves constructing new organizational gramework. Efforts must be made to employ IT, promote knowledge communication and sharing, establishing knowledge governing body, strengthen personnel training, create learning-style teams, and have knowledge management run through all the service work.更多还原
