论现代企业理财目标的合理选择

【摘要】 文章在分析股东财富最大化存在六个方面局限的基础上,阐述了资本价值最大化的内涵,并从必然性、可能性、空间与灵活性等四个方面剖析了其作为理财目标合理选择的理由。

【Abstract】 Based on the analysis of six limitations of the maximum shareholder’s fortune, this article expounds the connotation of the maximum capital value. It also elaborates the reasons for choosing the financial target of the maximum capital value from four aspects including inevitability, possibility, extensity and flexibility.
