双螺杆曲面外形重建
Shape reconstruction of twin-crew surfaces
【摘要】 利用端面曲线进行螺旋式旋转是构造双螺杆的典型方法。采用双三次Bezier曲面进行双螺杆曲面外形的重建 ,为利用计算机辅助制造 (CAM)提供了好的理论依据。同时在造型过程中 ,提出了一种对于旋转曲面重建时数据点的提取和预处理方法 ,误差分析结果表明这种数据处理方法适用于一般旋转曲面重建过程。
【Abstract】 Rotating of a cross-section curve is a typical method for constructing a twin-screw.A method for reconstructing a shape of twin-screw with a bicubic Bezier surface was proposed, which offers better theoretical foundations for CAM. Besides, a method was presented for abstracting and pre-processing of data points while modeling. The result of error analysis shows the method is suitable for reconstruction of the general screw surfaces.
