【摘要】 目的 :观察高脂饮食脂肪肝大鼠血中肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF -α)、白细胞介素 - 6(IL - 6)、瘦素 (Leptin)的变化情况。方法 :2 0只大鼠随机分为正常组 1 0只、造模组 1 0只 ,造模组予高脂饲料喂养 ,正常组予普通标准饲料喂养 ,连续 1 2W ,观察肝组织的病理改变 ,放免法测定血清中TNF -α、IL - 6、Leptin含量。结果 :造模组大鼠肝组织可见重度脂肪变、炎症细胞浸润、肝细胞坏死、汇管区渗出。造模组大鼠血清中TNF-α、IL - 6、Leptin含量均较正常组明显升高 (P <0 0 1或P <0 0 5) ,结论 :高脂饮食可引起大鼠肝脏发生脂肪变性 ,TNF-α、IL - 6、Leptin在其发生发展中可能起重要作用更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the change of the high fat diet fatty liver rats’ cytokine Tumo necrosis factor α(TNF α),IL 6,Leptin. Methods: Twenty rats were randomly divided into two groups, the normal group had ten, the model group had ten. The model group rats were fed on the high fat diet, the normal group rats were fed on common feedstuff. To last twelve weeks, all rats were put to death, test the contents of TNF α,IL 6,Leptin in blood serum and observe pathologic change in rats’ liver. Result: The model group rats’ liver became serious fatty, and could be found inflammatory cells soaking, liver cells necrotic and the portal area of the liver effusive. The contents of TNF α,IL 6,Leptin in fatty liver rats in blood serum increased ( P <0 01 or P <0 05). Conclusion: The high fat diet can cause the rats’ liver fatty. The role of TNF α,IL 6,Leptin is possibly important in fatty liver.更多还原
