【摘要】 在从计划经济转向市场经济、从工业经济走向知识经济的双重转型过程中,技术创新活动越来越需要建筑在信息和知识的基础上,信息机制在技术创新中将发挥越来越重要的作用。基于信息空间可抽象出市场型、官僚型、宗法型、采邑型四种理想化的信息机制,从信息资源、信息系统、信息主体、信息文化等方面比较分析这四种类型信息空间的主要特点;揭示了我国传统的计划经济的信息机制本质上是一种官僚型的信息机制,这种信息机制对技术创新活动的开展具有根本性的制约作用;在调查研究的基础上概括性地介绍了我国企业通过制度创新转换信息机制、推动技术创新的典型经验。更多还原
