【摘要】 目前 ,我国铁路缺乏对运输装备高新技术产品的效益评价办法 ,这将严重阻碍我国铁路运输产品高新技术的发展。本论文结合铁路运输装备高新技术产品的特性 ,运用系统工程的思想方法 ,将定量指标与定性指标 ,财务指标与非财务指标相结合 ,从技术水平 ,经济效益 ,社会效益、可持续发展和产品品质等五个方面建立了一套科学、合理、可操作性较强的指标评价体系 ,并选择当前铁路案例进行了分析。更多还原
