【摘要】 近年来电子政务在我国的发展比较迅速 ,但总的来说还处在初级阶段 ,互联网的基础建设还相对薄弱 ,电子政务标准化尚不完善 ,安全性问题未能得到有效解决。要解决这些问题 ,应该用系统工程的方法来指导它的发展。可通过分析电子政务系统的宏观模型、综合模型和系统可行性 ,构建系统技术体系结构、系统评价体系等 ,从而有利于从宏观角度指导电子政务的发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 E-government is developing quickly in recent years, but it is still in the primary development phase with a relatively weak infrastruture of the network, an imperfect standardization of the system and a lack of its security gurantee. These problems can only be solved by way of system engineering, such as researching and analyzing its macro and synthesis models and its feasibility, and structuring the technology system configuration and appraisal system.
