【摘要】 金融期货交易可以发挥杠杆原理 ,以小博大 ,促进经济的发展。但是金融期货市场也存在一定的风险 ,如果不加以控制将给整个社会造成巨大的经济损失。风险控制的手段有多种 ,法律手段是一种重要的控制手段之一

【Abstract】 The financial futures trading can exert leverage and accelerate economic development. However, risk exists in the financial futures market. If it is not controlled, it will destroy the economy. There are many ways to solve this problem and the law is one of the important means .
