外引线弯曲疲劳断裂原因及其影响因素
Reasons and Influencing Factors of Bend Fatigue Fracture for Leads
【摘要】 通过SEM观察了经历不同弯曲次数疲劳试验的可伐合金引线样品,分析了引线在弯曲试验中所受的应力,提出了外引线弯曲疲劳断裂的失效模型,并讨论了施加的载荷、玻璃弯月面以及表面覆盖层对外引线弯曲疲劳断裂行为的影响。
【Abstract】 Sample sections of kovar alloy lead subjected deferent numbers of bend in fatiguetest were observed by SEM. The applied stresses of lead during test were analyzed and a failuremodel of fatigue fracture for leads was established. The effects of applied load, glass meniscus andsurface coating on fatigue of leads were also discussed.
