【摘要】 目的 :研究肠化的局部型式及不同表型与胃癌发生的关系。方法 :用组织病理学和组织化学评估 6 8例胃癌和 6 7例对照组胃镜下广泛活检标本的肠化 ,分析肠化在胃内分布的局部型式与胃癌发生的关系。结果 :肠化在胃内有四种型式分布 :局灶型、幽门为主型、胃体型及弥漫型。结论 :不完全型肠化的出现与肠化的范围有关 ,从贲门到幽门沿胃弯的不同局部型式不完全肠化 ,胃癌发生比率明显不同更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the relationship between the development of gastric cancer and different subtypes and local patterns of intestinal metaplasia.Methods:Histopathological and histochemical methods were used to assess the intestinal metaplasia of tissues from 68 cases of gastric carcinomas and 67 cases of gastritis as control by gastroscopal biopsy.The relationship between gastric cancer and different local patterns of intestinal metaplasia was analyzed.Results:Four kinds of intestinal metaplasia were observed:focal pattern,pylorus dominant pattern,body of stomach pattern and diffuse pattern.Conclusions:Incomplete intestinal metaplasia mainly develop in the body of stomach pattern and diffuse pattern.In the incomplete intestinal metaplasia occurring along the lesser curvature,the incidence of gascric cancer in different patterns varies.更多还原
